We won't find out until we're filming how much we're playing for Phil, so that they can film our disappointment or excitment at the amount!

There's a £1000 price on the Eggheads', er, heads, which rolls over for every show they're unbeaten. It was explained to us that, in order to get a genuine reaction from us on screen, they don't tell us what the current prize is until the actual part on the show where Dermot tells us.

At the end of the run in May, it was up to £40,000, but if they've been beaten since then it will be a lot less.

The Eggheads won again today (on TV - no idea when that was recorded).  Over £40K at the moment, unless someone has won between then and when we get on this Thursday.

Thanks everyone. Just in case i have to do history i have learnt everything here is to know about Henry VIII then if they ask one  ;)on him at least i will get one right. A lot of our success or lack of it is down to the order of the subjects so fingers crossed.

Just looked up CJ's website  http://www.demooi.co.uk/Television.htm -- His tirade on Weakest Link was very arrogant - I would probably have counselled him with a baseball bat.

Funniest moment of the day was the floor manager coming over and saying that she recognised Ed from having worked on one of his other myriad of TV appearances.

That and CJ being upstaged by Andrew's shirt.
