I'm testing it out as well, trasferring some cash out to Neteller. I have just received an email with the subject line "Thank you for your withdrawal!", I had to smile.

I have some wierd stuff in my neteller transaction history as well...

Oct 18 04:02 Interpay 2  $250.00  -      USD Accepted  (debit)
Oct 18 00:16 Interpay 2  -      $250.00  USD Accepted  (credit)
Oct 17 16:32 Interpay Processing Limited  -      $250.00  USD Accepted  (credit)

It looks like They gave me the 250$ twice under 2 different names, then took it back once.

Its not like i expect to keep a double payment, but the way this was handled really disturbs me. Does this mean titan poker can take money directly out of my neteller account whenever the heck they want to, on a whim? They must store your neteller secure ID and password on thier databases --- otherwise how could they access your neteller account to transfer money from it?

Ive already called up neteller and had them send me a new secure ID, and I changed my password... I would suggest everyone else do the same. Ive never had any site take money out of my neteller account without my permission before and it just really leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I don't have Neteller, & don't understand what it is. But SURELY nobody - Neteller or anyone else - can take money OUT of your account without your approval. Tell me it ain't so.....

i would imagine it the same as any payment method if you cancel the payment due to a mistake the payment is refunded to the person making the payment

i have never seen or heard of it being done before though

oh by the way thank you tony g for the good luck in your post and for tikay neteller is an online bank that can hold your money and usually allows you to transfer money to differant poker sites.you also get a card where you can withdraw out of local atm machines normally very good.

same thing happened to me. I withdrew 225 and got an e mail confirming it had been approved/processed. neteller was down yesterday for essential stuff so i went in today.
it showed that they deposited the 225 and then 4 hrs later it showed as being taken out. This does of course raise 2 valid points...what are titan doing and what are neteller allowing to happen??

i will take it up with both and post what i get as a response..somehat disturbing on all fronts

I do find it quite extaordinary that ANYONE can take money out of someone's Neteller account. Let's leave Titan out of this for a moment - how CAN your Neteller account be messed around with by ANYONE?

We look forward to patman post.

Like i said in a previous post... at the very least CHANGE YOUR NETELLER SECURE ID AND PASSWORD in case they have been stored by the titan poker or the payment service they use.

One possible reason for what has been going on here is that the payment service did not have the funds to cover these withdrawls, and therefore neteller itself took the money back. This is just conjecture on my part, however. The only other possibility is that your neteller information was stored by this payment service and used without your permission.

Obviously neteller doesnt allow cancellations after the money has already gone through. You certainly cant tell neteller you didnt mean to deposit at a poker site, and have them refund the money to you 4 hours later. Once you send something through neteller you just cant reverse it on a whim, its gone.

Myself, I got paid. Twice. Then they took it back, once, so I got the money I was supposed to get. But I dont like the way that it was done one bit.

I often have a substantial amount of money on neteller and my faith in them is waning... im not sure if im going to continue using them. I contacted thier customer support about this, and they had no answer for me other than to suggest that someone else I know used my neteller account to make a deposit somewhere (which couldnt have happened, im the only one that uses it). They told me it is impossible for this to be done without permission (well guess what... it was done without my permission).
