Just shows that at the end of the day, football isn't really that important - but it's good that it can bring people together as well cause agro.

Title: Re: More important than football Post by: kinboshi on August 28, 2007, 03:09:14 PM Absolutely. I guess it's similar to the 'kick it out' campaign, with regards to racism. That was seen throughout football at all clubs at all levels (in the UK anyway).
Football is obviously in a position to reach out to those who need to be reached, where schools, parents, the police, etc., are struggling. It was a very emotional moment, I was covered in goosebumps. Just hope they can find the people responsible.

I would hope every club does something similar this weekend. This whole "gang culture" thing needs to be eradicated as soon as. |
