Title: Post APAT European Open
Post by: biohazard on August 29, 2007, 04:53:02 PM
Hey guys,

Just making my first post on here, weird since I've been a member since 2006 but just never posted for some reason. I was recommended here though after the recent APAT tournament.

What a fantastic weekend, although not great tournament wise, I just couldnt make anything happen and busted after an uneventful day, I had great fun in the wild cash game saturday night and met some amazing people. Best time I've had at a poker tournament yet.

Once again congrats to the finalists and everyone at APAT who made the weekend possible. And of course, a hello to the forum from myself, hope to get some regular posting going on here now :).

Oh of course, so people can put forum name to face, I was the ginger haired one in the wild cash game on saturday and bright pink t-shirt on he sunday lol.

I'm Josh and yes he was :p... while trying to sit down in a cash game (didn't work very well so I'm told)

Yeah I was railing, Josh couldn't have timed his exit any worse as the cash game waiting list was about to fil up when we had to make the drive back to leeds. Oh well, I cured that by playing lots online :P Will have to go to Aspers next weekend though for some live action.

I played in the Cardiff event and was fortunate to cash there.  I haven't been able to make any further events, mainly due to holidays, etc.  I hope to attend more events in season 2.

BTW, If you're on Facebook, there's a photo of you which I posted from Birmingham.  Look under the group 'Internet Texas Holdem'.  Thought you might like to know.

Mark.

Hey MAF cool well hope to see you at some of the events in Season 2. I plan to be at as many as I can get the time off to.

I've just checked out the ITH group on Facebook, cheers for that :). Do you have facebook yourself?

So have you been playing lots online recently or other live events?
