i think the check raise on the turn is a strange move after betting the flop, but i'm not getting excited with this river card, with it completing a straight and flush, CHECK-CALL...

You deffo make more money check calling here v strong opponents, let bluffers bluff when they wouldnt otherwise call. If he bets big im prolly folding. Against average-weak opponents im blocker betting.
