Title: TomTom UK Casinos POI file Post by: RioRodent on October 03, 2007, 07:00:04 PM Having nothing better to do for last couple of days, while suffering the effevts of man-flu, I have created a UK Casinos TomTom Points Of Interest file.
I have only included casinos that 'have' cardrooms... I've not been to many so this is mostly based on their website information. Their locations are, for the most part, taken from the postcodes. Casinos included are listed below. If anyone knows of anymore with cardrooms, or if any of these don't actually have cardrooms, please post on here. If anyone would like a copy just click the icon below and save the CasinosUK.ov2 file. The icon itself can be saved as CasinosUK.bmp. Copy both files into the UK map directory of the TomTom. I can't see how to access file directory E:\United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland. If I do manage to download this file to the correct place, how do I then locate it on the TomTom? Will it be listed as a POI? The directory you want to copy to will be called UK something or other.
