Title: Re: BASH FOOTBALL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS Post by: KingPoker on October 08, 2007, 06:05:46 PM How far away is this from the Future? Need to sort my Saturday morning schedule...which includes at least 2 pre match pints to sort the head after the night before. lol From the M4 Leave the M4 at Junction 32, signposted Cardiff (N), then at roundabout to the exit signposted A470, continue on this road until you pass Whitchurch Golf Club on your left, then at the traffic lights turn left into Tyn-Y-Parc Road. Continue up road until you reach the traffic lights, then turn right onto Pont Bach Road, take the 2nd right onto Cae Gwyn Road then at the traffic lights turn right, back onto the A470 and then turn left into Powerleague. From the City Centre Take the A470 signposted Newport / Bridge End, then just after the Whitchurch Lower School turn left into Powerleague. Basically its on the other side of cardiff from the future inn, but it should only take 10/15 minutes by car. Title: Re: BASH FOOTBALL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS Post by: turny on October 09, 2007, 09:09:31 AM What exactly is 'the penalty area'? ;whistle; rotflmfao i assume your joking but will answer anyway just in case. its the semi circle area around each goal. Title: Re: BASH FOOTBALL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS Post by: Laxie on October 09, 2007, 09:52:30 AM Ummmmmm, nope. Wasn't joking. So NOBODY but the goal keeper is allowed in that wee area, right? And we're not allowed to give a proper kick of the ball...no launching it to the other end? Hmmmmmm, have to print out those rules and re-evaluate our game plan. Hope Ironside has his thinking cap on.

Title: Re: BASH FOOTBALL INFORMATION FOR PLAYERS AND SPECTATORS Post by: matt674 on October 09, 2007, 10:28:32 AM And we're not allowed to give a proper kick of the ball...no launching it to the other end? You can give it a proper kick from one end to the other but it just cant go above head height - "low and hard" is the technical footballing jargon ;) p.s. meet BB5's guest referee.........
