I am not confident and my prediction is that it will be South Africa 16 England 12.

Can England win, do they have a chance?  Of course!  Will they win?  Probably not, SA have been the best team in the competition by a mile so far, and should have been favourites from the start.  But it's a one-off game, and we've seen what can happen.
