Many moons ago, I was in the same lucky flopped situation on Ladbrokes - only difference was my set was 444...

More importantly SM, what did you have when you overbet-shoved the turn against me after raising me on a Q72 flop (all clubs)? I didn't like it.  :P Please don't do it again. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Hi. I don't remember the hand but most likely I had a set or low flush. If you tell me when it was I can check! (Or, if you tell me the pre-flop action and my position then I could probably tell you too!)

Most importantly though, I have taken on board your request and I'll be folding in future!

Thanks  :) I'll hold you to that...

Table Arlington Bridge, Oct 21, 2:17:10... You win $112 pot... I'd post the hand, but people would laugh at me for folding a set. Oops, it slipped out.

I remember the hand now. Yeah- I was pretty certain you had 77 or 22. It's hard (and frustrating!) to lay a set down there so I figured an overbet gives me the most protection/value. Good fold. :)

Thanks for that. Fortunately I had the 2s, might have had more trouble putting down the 7s.

I had the unfortunate beat of having KK all-in against AA in a live game last week - flop came A33 - turn and river - K K for me to hit a 1000/1 shot for quads and that was a live game, thought that only happened on the internet!!
