Title: Poker blog Post by: vegaslover on October 24, 2007, 09:29:53 PM Recently I seem to keep blowing up in tourneys. Have been thinking for a while about starting a blog, to assist with me concentrating on my game.
Anyhow, where do think the best place to do one of these is? Title: Re: Poker blog Post by: snoopy1239 on October 24, 2007, 11:06:55 PM A blog is definitely a good way of channelling your thought, but make sure that if you highlight certain hands, that is in the form of analysis rather than a mere bad beat story. There's nothing worse than reading a blog of bad beats and, from my experience, only hinders your game and falsely convinces yourself that you're simply unlucky.

Objectively, a lot of beats can be avoided(thinking of basic STT stategy), however subjectively peoples emotions tend to concentrate on the beat(I have been doing this a lot lately, hence the reason behind starting a blog)
