Has anyone taken this course or does anyone have any experience with it? I have zero computer qualifications and I have looked into this course at my local college night class. As far as I can see , it is recognised by most European countries as a valuable qualification. It starts off with really basic stuff like using files, windows, the internet up to software packages excel, word, access, power point. The higher levels involve exercises in these software packages and it can get a little complicated. Companies tend to use it to train their staff and give them qualifications, I would say its good for novice users. But its not going to get you a job. It's not really any use unless you happen to know nothing about basic software applications.
