face it people, these lapses will always occur to some degree ( not saying they should), Some lazy swine will at some point delegate a task to a person of questionable brain capacity and hence we have a grand F*ck up, like the one we have now. One important issue this highlights however is the need for tougher personal security measures from financial institutions, if someone gets your Bank details and your name, D.O.B, address ect it should not mean your bank is an open wallet for fraudsters to pilfer. |
