I saw documentary about Jose on sky and what everyone said about him is that he is very organised gets everything in place from top to bottom, geared towards success. Exactly what we need.

Love him or Loathe him (i'm not a Chelsea fan) you have to admire his record: Is there a better man available at this moment in time? Should he be given the job? He probably had a grin on his face when he said.."they have to come to me first"..meaning noone came to him yet and his grin would mean he'd tell them to F off. ;)
