Post by: hans47 on December 04, 2007, 07:25:21 PM
read in the star the wcoop champion on another poker site was playing more than one player in the tournement and was disqualified? Is this true or is it a story?

Hang on a minute....

There are a huge number of players in the bigger tournies who have eg 20% of each other...there are a whole raft of ethical questions about this as well... what if they're on the same table/FT... gonna bust your own money out or soft play?

What he did was wrong, (and for wrong read unethical), but given that I think all he was doing was giving himself a second bite at the cherry should one of them bust out is not a million miles from the percentage buy in of another player.

In fact I would go so far to say that there was less latitude for 'soft play', (for soft play read cheating), than there would be when x number of Blondeites, (should that 'e' be in there?), who have 10% of another player all pitch up at the next festival.

And before I get napalmed there is no way on Gods green earth that this would not at least subconciously affect your play.

PLEASE NOTE: The word 'Collusion' HAS NOT been used in the making of this motion picture.
