I return to court on Monday for the flasher come train masturbator and was wondering if he will do as the court says.



Must admit feeling rather nervous for the moment when they say Maureen McDonnell to the stand, hell knows why I have done nothing wrong but I did feel guilty as hell on the last hearing.  Anyway all puns accepted..

But seriously i know how your feeling as my 1st wife had me in court on a trumped up assault charge and even though i had done absolutely nothing it still isnt nice,and i was found guilty although 2 female magistrates didnt help me and when she said she couldnt face me and had to give her evidence from behind a screen i think it swayed it in her favour.BUT i wasnt having an assault charge against a womaen on my record and appealed and won .. so good luck hun and remember head up high and speak clearly.

Hope it goes well on Monday Maureen - I wouldn't be looking forward to it.

Well the youth came with his mom to the court and once again pleaded not guilty. But at the last minute changed his plea to guilty of section 5

A person is guilty of an offence if he—
 
 (a) uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, or disorderly behaviour,  So he gets off with not getting on the sex offenders list, but admitted he did it but I shouldn't have been looking. .This is how our system works see , he is only 17 now and no previous so therefore give him a chance in life as his age is very young. Basically 06.30 hrs on a train him having a tommy tanker me walking past 3 times but I SHOULDN'T have seen. Yes whatever he had 2 chances to stop. Anyway at least he admitted it so it was up to the prosecution to determin the best way to go.

He got the min. 3 months referal and a £60 fine along with a criminal record.

Why do we Tommies always get dragged into everything?

i dont know whats sicker him or the system, well gl to his parents if they dont get him sorted the next few years will be a nightmare for them, never mind as the courts think .thats someone elses problem in a few years time, lets save a few bob now.
