Kinboshi thinks he's probably behind or racing. There aren't that many hands that 89 can be a massive favourite to, only a massive dog, or racing.

of course it's a good fold in this case as he posted the hand to moan about how he didn't get any action (no pun intended)..but that's very results orientated thinking if it leads to folding 2 pair on the flop
