Title: PLO8 hand
Post by: NoflopsHomer on December 14, 2007, 01:44:53 AM
Sorry I haven't got the hand history since I forgot to check the option on my laptop but thought I'd have a little PLO8 $2/$4 session on Full Tilt before bed.

It's a full ring game about 15 minutes in, I'm playing a stack of about $450 and I'm in the big blind with Ts 6c 6d 4d. The table seems pretty tight preflop but post-flop is a bit looser, the hijack, cut-off and button all limp for $4, the small blind folds and I check my big bag o'spanners.

Flop:

Tc 7d 5d

I check, the hijack checks, the cut-off pots for $18 and the button raises to $72, action back to me. Standard fold, right?

For $72 aye!

I'd have given it a spin for the $18 though.

yeah without info on the players have to let go

is one of them going to get jiggy with the ace flush draw

then you could find your self up against a set and a flush draw leaving you 8 outs

I passed, more worried about an A-2, A-3 n-flush combination than a set though.
