Title: Poker Tracker
Post by: M3boy on December 14, 2007, 11:45:51 PM
Does anyone know a way of replaying a whole tourney on Poker Tracker?

I can only seem to load one hand at a time into the replayer

Not that I'm aware of. Your best bet is to ask on the Poker Tracker forum.

I think you can do this, but you have to make sure you enter the replayer from a particular screen - the more obvious way to get into the replayer doesn't allow you to do more than replay the one hand.

We had this issue come up on EMS a frew months ago and I worked out where to do it from. I'll have a play when I get home and try to remember how.

Could only get it to do one hand at a time when I tried a bit back.  If it's a tourney that you want replaying but it doesn't have to be in PT, there's a program called popopop player that you can get for free that plays back tourneys

OK, I've remembered.

THe problem is that the default sort is from last hand to first if you click on an individual tournament in PokerTracker.

Click on the date column to make sure that the first hand of the tourtnament is at the top, then hit "r" to go to the replayer, check the box to auto-play all hands if you want it to autoplay, and it should play through the hands properly.

File...Tournament Results..Manual Entry..Choose Your Site

and go in and complete whatever details you need to do (buy-in, number of runners, type of tournament and maybe even your own finishing position and returns.

Which details are captured automatically depends on which site you are playing.

Pokertracker will capture your tournament hand historys for you (the poker room saves them on your hard disk, and pokertracker retrieves them) However, the hand historys usually do not reveal how much money has been won when the tournament is over (aswell as other details, depending on the site).
The error message you get is just pokertracker saying that it knows you played a tournament, but doesn't know what prize you took (if any)

Some sites offer tournament summaries by e-mail. They let pokertracker know exactly what each player won, what the buy-in is etc. For example, pokerstars. Pokertracker has a function whereby it will request these e-mails for you automatically.
You then get the e-mails imported into pokertracker, and the message will disappear.

If no summaries are available by e-mail at your site, manual entry of what prize you took (and other details) is necessary.

A site that offers tournament summaries is a really good feature for any STT player using pokertracker.

Manually entering your opponents results as well as your own is impractical to the point of impossibility. The summaries allow you to see at a glimpse how the regulars are doing against you. (Lots of fun)

You only have to note who finished 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Along with autofill, it really isn't that much of a problem to note your opponents results on top of noting your own.

All very well and good if you are playing 10/15 a day, when i was playing sng's (Tank and Dale will no doubT agree) manually inputting 80/90 sng's a day was a labourous task, which is what you had and i believe stll have to do on Full Tilt.

I'm sure I've seen a home made fix thing for FT tourneys.  I can't remember where of the top of my head but I'm sure I've seen one.
