gave a few players a rest in a friendly against Newport Lad so brought in a few new faces and tinkered with the line up a little. Unfortunately batting first i didnt make the most of it and only managed 252 for 5 off the 50 overs. After taking a couple of quick wickets to start he managed to get things back on track and his middle order managed to get him over the finish line with a couple of overs to spare

Attendances for T20 have been tweaked this year though, so don't know what they will be. In previous years we were still getting the £55k a week subsidy.

and my new 17 year old future U19 who might be a bit tire to hold a bat with his 6 nets

I've got an 18yo that might only play the odd game this year as I want him superb/superb this time next season, so he might get a game.

my 18 year old is already superb/strong and no the U19s can get him as i am using the nets for the 17 year old
