Im gonna buy me a nice PC monitor, anyone recommend where I can shop for a decent one? January sales an all that.

19 inch flat screen or better

This is a good buy (i think).
It doesnt have a dvi input not sure that makes a massive difference for multi tabling.
The techies on here will probably point you in a better direction though :)

Quad processors (2.40 Ghz)

NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT Graphics Card
NVIDIA GeForce 7900 GT/GTO Graphics Card

The Quad processors seem to reduce the lag that you often see when using Full Tilt with PAHUD.

I set PAHUD to use CPU 2 and 3, and Full Tilt to use CPU 0 and 1. (Task Manager --> Right Click Image Name --> Set Affinity...)
