Girl gets kidnapped - mum is a coke whore. 2 Private Investigators hired to find her - they link up with 2 detectives. There is also another child kidnap involved. Many twists and turns. Violent film with plenty of bad language. Morgan Freeman is the chief of Police, One of the detectives is the larger cop from Beverly Hills Cop.
