I've heard it's great!  ;whistle;

If it wasn't for client confidentiality I would tell - but I can't!

Live updates is a great idea!  As long as they're not running behind...

Maybe Flushy should do it, or even TightEnd?

Update.............

Have just spoken to Tracey and am pleased to report that Gemma and I have made an appointment on Thursday 10th January at 1pm and 2pm.

I shall be making a full trip report including photos next week.

I have known Gemma for 3 days, is colonic irrigation unusual for a 3rd date?

Sheesh, conversation musta been slow...

You: "Crappy weather isn't it.."
Her: "yes"
You: "er..."
Her: "ummm.."

Awkward silence.....

You: "Hey! Ever had warm water pumped up yer arse?"

It might be a fantastic third date - colonic irrigation makes alcohol travel around the body quicker as the hydration of the body is usually improved. Ideally you shouldn't have any alcohol for a minimum of 24 hours after a treatment - so if you give her a glass of wine afterwards she'll be a very drunk date in no time.  :)up

On a more serious note I am governed by client confidentiality so I won't be commenting from now on - but I hope you have a great treatment - and I'm looking forward to seeing you next week.

Tracey

There is no pumping involved - it's a gravity water procedure only.....

We mocked the pics up for comedy purposes - there is no shoving involved. Had a few footballers in last wek and you won't see any of them walking funny on match of the day this week!  ;D

Well done to Ed for having it done - Ed is still reporting that he feels fantasic - on my face book page (Tracey Dell) there are better pics if anyone wants to take a look

Hi Ed,

Are there any feelings of benefit left from the treatment now? I'm considering having it as part of my prep for a half marathon, but I think I'd have to think there were a few weeks worth of benefits to merit the trauma!

Unfortunately it's not a miracle cure - and if you've spent a life time putting toxins in the body a half hour on the table isn't going to do the trick. After the first treatment most people find the benefits last a few days - if they healthy it will normally last a lot longer. We get a lot of marathon runners in just before a race who want to avoid doing a Paula Radcliffe at the finishing line. It's best to have treatments well before a big event if it's your first time, you may expereince detox reactions that make you feel tired afterwards which is not a great way to be just before a race!

Hope that helps.

T
