Title: Home Game Post by: jpean on January 03, 2008, 06:16:21 AM Hi all.
here is the situation : Home Cash Game. 0.02€/0.04€ Seat 1 : JP around 15€ (SB). A tight player who is able to often make really good reads with 3h 3c Seat 2 : Me around 4€ (BB) A known as offensive player with Ahrt Ac Seat 3 : Cedric around 7€50 (Btn) An experimented strong player with Aspades Js Cedric Had the Button and he raised to 0.12€ JP called I re-raised to 0.32€ Cedric Called JP Called Flop : Jd 8d 3d I went All-in with two Aces Cedric Called with two jacks kicker Ace JP went All-in with a set of trey. He said me after that hand that he knew that Cedric and me did'nt have the flush Cedric Called Turn : 6d River 2d And we all splited What do you think of all moves of all of us ? Shoving the flop is a bit of an overbet but why not, you are looking to get it in with your stack anyway.
As for the others 3's looks ok as he is getting implied odds both times he calls preflop. Felting a set is standard here. Cedric probably plays it the worst, I would dump the aj to the 3 bet is such a horrible hand in multiway re raised pot as its crushed so often. This leads to further problems postflop. Title: Re: Home Game Post by: boldie on January 03, 2008, 10:28:37 AM The way you and 33 boy play it is OK for me in a very low stakes home game as you always get called.
the way Cedric plays it is pretty awful. AJ is a clear fold to a raise and re-raise preflop..all in on the flop is awful by him as he simply has to be behind Title: Re: Home Game Post by: jpean on January 03, 2008, 10:33:36 AM When we spoke together after that hand, Cedric said that he did'nt think that he could have been dranwing dead on the flop

Title: Re: Home Game Post by: jpean on January 03, 2008, 03:46:59 PM Sorry. I'm french and I've not well explain what I'd like to say.
What he ment, is that he did'nt think that he would have been so much a dog with top pair top kicker Title: Re: Home Game Post by: boldie on January 03, 2008, 03:48:42 PM Sorry. What he ment, is that he did'nt think that he would have been so much a dog with top pair top kicker he really should have known after the pre-flop action. |
