i am in discussion with them now ... it seems that it has, though no one has had the decency to inform anyone .... I am mid email exchange at the moment.

We have been instructed not to credit any more tournament tokens to player accounts.  Tokens that were previously credited were for MANSION specific tournaments, this is now not applicable hence reason for non crediting of player accounts with tickets.

This was as far as i got ... will let you know when i get a reply ... my last mail was sent at 5.45

They are poor there.  I asked once if I had made it through (I had as it happens, but hadn't received confirmation) and the support guy on live support said it would be sorted.  I asked if they'd let me know before the Tues comp (it was Monday) and he said yes of course.  It was Friday when they got back to me.

 Kev, try the ..."dont you know who I am ?" approach  ;D

Judging by the fact that with 17 minutes to go till the 110k gtd starts and only 494 are registered would signify that the promotion has indeed ended.

They should sponsor a football team that don't know what they're doing...

I will point them in the direction of Liverpool then.

Probably not the worst team in the world...

THE BLONDE/MANSION promo has now officially ended.

I cannot tell you how, why or whatever... because they havent actually told me.



What I have managed to do though is get the following list of players a credit for this week due to the fact that we were given no prior notice.

Although I've not qualified for a while, it was a great opportunity for me to play a decent buy in tournament that I hadn't done prior to this.  Thankfully I managed to cash a bit and it's been a boost for me.

How the hell did I miss this thread lol.
Cos I didn't "qualify" last week, I have been putting in extra hours this week trying to better last weeks rake.
Inevitably losing a couple of hundred dollars playing too many tables at once.

All been in vain doh lol.

I would also like to pass my thanks on to Kev for what has probably single handedly made last year a profitable one for me hehe.
Especially a nice placing in december that was nicely timed to ensure my 4 kids all got what they wanted from santa (bloody wii's)

What was the promo?

The ongame network which includes Poker Room, Hollywood Poker etc. I have never played on Mansion so can't answer that bit.

The software is poor to very annoying.
Mostly europeans (non-english).
Standard lower than stars etc IMO.

Still value in the mansion guaranteed tourneys.
Mansion have generally had good customer service too (bar stopping promotion suddenly the barstewards).
But giving everyone a free spin to make up is typical of them.

Summed up, I like mansion team, hate the software platform they chose.

Spoke to mansion and they are saying that any future promo I have to speak to you.
Apparently not even rakeback.

Can you confirm that all promo's and rakebacks are deaded???

i have not been informed of any promos by Mansion for our affiliated players.

if anything changes I will make everyone aware.

At this moment in time there is no commercial tie in with blonde and Mansion

it all went downhill after i left ;)
