Maybe just buy 1 dog and see how it goes. Just an idea I know of 2 people that own dogs, and one of them is currently breeding so little greyhounds aint too far off. Only an idea and wondered if anyone would be interested. I've got 2 Rabbits Bunny & Clyde they could help with training. They are my daughters Jessica + Jemma's well now Jessica is 3 years old I can buy her somthing else. She'll be fine.
