Playing away to a BOT with some frankly awesome players 50k opening bat, 60k no 3 and a 60k spinner, on a dusty pitch ( I have basically 1 spinner) they batted 1st, scored 281-4, with the opener getting 60 odd and the no 3 119 quicker than run a ball. Decided to play an extra allrounder with slightly worse bowling to give my side a batting boost and he went 0-82. The other allrounder went 0-26!! In reply, lost a couple of early wickets, and the awesome spinner took 1-23. However the extra allrounder scored 98 no, my no 3 scored 90 and my new bat ( resp/comp) scored 53 from 43 to win the game by 7 wickets!! Somehow, I'm now 2nd!
