Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Dingdell on March 04, 2008, 06:12:01 PM You are being beaten by several hands here, sets of kings, sevens, poss flush draws etc. I would check and if the turn is harmless lead out. If you bet here I think you will get called whatever so I would wait until I've got a good chance of having the nuts and then bet out hard.
Bear in mind I have not been playing omaha long.....approx 2 days actually......but this is what I would do. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: AlexMartin on March 04, 2008, 08:42:19 PM Im prepared to get my money in a lot of the time here. We dont worry about a higher set too much of the time here (5-handed, live). But you need to get the money in as the aggressor. Perfect situ for a big Craise imo. Price those puppies out.
Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Rookie (Rodney) on March 04, 2008, 08:51:05 PM Are you saying that if it was online 5 handed you would be more worried alex ?
Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Royal Flush on March 04, 2008, 11:56:59 PM lol

You will never be in good shape. agreed, your too deep to go broke with bottom set there, personally i lead for just over 3/4 of the pot, fold to a rr and revaluate on turn if called. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Dubai on March 05, 2008, 03:54:11 AM Flushy thinking bottom set isnt good

Pot blank turn if u get flat called. Be prepared to leave if u get flatted and a club shows up. Anyone liable to donk it with K7?
Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Tragic on March 06, 2008, 12:37:53 AM Imo :P

Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Rookie (Rodney) on March 06, 2008, 06:23:48 PM check river too

Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: boldie on March 07, 2008, 07:39:51 AM ok folks i bet out 8k and got 1 caller the turn pairs the board with a K so the board now reads KK73 with 2 clubs check check 4s hits on river you put out another 8k he pops back at you with 20k more can you fold here? you check the turn and then lead out on the river? and then you think of folding? what are you thinking when you bet out on the river? You really shouldn't lead out on the river if you have no intention of calling a raise. Only way you are losing here. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: doubleup on March 07, 2008, 04:22:10 PM lol he got K4 and the nut flush draw? Only way you are losing here. err he has K7 and puts ironside on the draw, so checks the turn. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Royal Flush on March 07, 2008, 04:33:07 PM lol he got K4 and the nut flush draw? Only way you are losing here. err he has K7 and puts ironside on the draw, so checks the turn. Come on he is surely raising the flop if he thinks Iron is on a draw. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: doubleup on March 07, 2008, 04:38:51 PM lol he got K4 and the nut flush draw? Only way you are losing here. err he has K7 and puts ironside on the draw, so checks the turn. Come on he is surely raising the flop if he thinks Iron is on a draw. He may decide ironside likely has the draw when ironside checks the turn. He could put ironside on draw, bottom set or 2 pr on the flop. Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Ironside on March 07, 2008, 05:06:49 PM i can say that someone has he hand down to a tee
wont say who yet i did call i was thinking of reraising but the only hand i was beating that would call is a missed flush draw with a king in the hand Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Rookie (Rodney) on March 07, 2008, 05:20:32 PM lol he got K4 and the nut flush draw? Title: Re: bubble PLO hand Post by: Ironside on March 07, 2008, 07:38:49 PM dave was right he had K7 i called and put myself in stack trouble forcing me to get my chips in soon after and bubbling
