Not exactly. I believe a smlll proportion of Seats may be available to non-Norweigans, possibly 100 or so. It's gonna be capacity stuff, 500+, & the thinking, I believe, is that the Norweigans may "only" take 450. Also had Soren Kongsgaard at his table.
