Title: Cash - 1/2 - Turned House
Post by: Jaydeaa on March 27, 2008, 11:11:28 PM
Have I fucked up here, and just let someone hit a ONE outer on me OR is he a complete tit! Just been down to rail a mate whos 2nd CL in southend!

On the button with  8c,  8h, one caller (very looose and someone ive NEVER seen in SOuthend before)

FLOP COMES DOWN

 7d,  8s  4d

CHECK FROM OTHER PLAYER, I BET OUT 15 quid, only to be called

TURN

7c HOUSE, FINALLY! I now bet out 50 to be raised to 100, I throw in my last 40 on top and he calls

TURNS OVER  5d,  8d for a flush draw (which is dead)

AND YEAH,  6d 1 OUTER

As you can guess im a tad pissed off but have i done anything wrong!

Yes, he has to have at least quads or a straight flush draw on the turn

wait for a better spot

You didn't mention if you raised pre, if not then yes you made a mistake.

If you didn't raise pre then you overbet the flop.

You overbet the turn.

You did a few things 'wrong'
