as anyone layed bets on betfair do you just pay out the liability if you lose or do you lose your stake as well cheers steve

liability.. the stake is the backers stake. How much you are willing to lay the horse for.

First time ive had a go at laying bets today.tazbar 14.35 ain and dodaa 15.30. Beginners luck probably. hard to believe you have 12 or 13 horses running for you instead of 1 :)

Laying is definitely the way to go..

In particular anything I tip should be layed for almost guaranteed profit.

still think you need to hit approx 80 percent losers to win but ill see how it goes. does anyone else use this way of betting

I know some guys that make a living laying off horses and footie bets very successfully...remember bookies have been doing it for ages.

I'd take on First Order later on as well.  I think, although only 8 runners he will struggle to get into the race from a wide berth.

Well done mate..laying definitely is the way to go..it's a hell of a lot easier to find a lay every day instead of a horse to back with confidence every day.

3 laybets for me 2day pertemps network 3.05 new,mango catcher 4.05 chep and sir george 4.40 ling. prob make a nice win treble for someone :)

I thought it was near impossible to win from a low draw at Newcastle.

do not ever go with the draw for your bets/lays at any turf track other than Beverley and Chester and the likes...the draws are alsmot all evened out now and historical data is completely useless these days.
