If the owner really fancied it he needs to back the horse himself next time (which he clearly didn't). Dr Fong's progeny hardly ever win first time out and Gary Moore doesn't train many first time out winners. I would suggest the owner might have wanted the horse to win and is an idiot when it comes to horses.
