Still a shove and i am leaning towards calling for the OP to be banned for baiting Gavin and Stacey and shurrup! Title: Re: Jacks post flop Post by: feedthegoat on April 10, 2008, 06:13:19 PM I only posted it because 2 lads at my home game said they would have passed and waited for a better spot. I called them muppets and said I'd post it here and they would not get anyone who would agree with them. I must play in the tightest home game going. Note to self " i must bluff more against them rocks". I pushed for 4.5k more, the bb passed and the bettor instantly called and tabled
4d 5d turn Qd river Kd The only mistake i think i made was i that i should've raised more preflop probably to to 2.5k or thereabouts. Raise size is good, you want people in the pot you have the 4th best hand in the game. Title: Re: Jacks post flop Post by: AlexMartin on April 12, 2008, 03:06:31 AM this board should be divided into real hand analysis and 50p whining tales.
Title: Re: Jacks post flop Post by: MANTIS01 on April 12, 2008, 03:54:48 PM 2s 8s 3d
Are you certain this is the actual flop and not the flop from a previous hand? Title: Re: Jacks post flop Post by: UpTheMariners on April 12, 2008, 04:00:22 PM this board should be divided into real hand analysis and 50p whining tales. ;iagree; :goodpost: The only mistake i think i made was i that i should've raised more preflop probably to to 2.5k or thereabouts. No! Raise size is good, you want people in the pot you have the 4th best hand in the game. id make it 2400 when your raising in this spot you don't always want a call. if you raise to 2000 with the 4th best hand and better, then raise a different amount with worse hands you may give your hand range away. The guy limp calls a raise with 45s, its not like he has any clue how to play the game. Title: Re: Jacks post flop Post by: UpTheMariners on April 12, 2008, 04:16:57 PM yeah good point lol

Quote Seems like the absolute truth to me. Wrong. If it was the absolute truth the word FACT! would have been used. |
