Comments please on how I played this hand as I'm fairly new to Omaha. Outcome irrelevant

Nah - there is a short stack openraising, so it's better to call as he is likely to push with a range of highish cards - you wont be much of a dog, but there isn't enough dead money to make this ev+.

indeed..play is fine..though you could indeed raise pre-flop I don't mind calling pre-flop either.

If this was double suited I think its the best starting hand in PLO (I know AAKK and AAJT double suited are technically) raise it pre, jam it in on the flop and wait for maths to happen

oops no, ignore the last one, thought it was 9tjq, ignore me, not the best starting hand but still raise it pre and jam it post

PLO is so confusing, no wonder M3Boy had all that trouble  ;)
