Title: techie help required please!

Just bought a new laptop - all set up, connected etc, but one major problem - it won't let me access blonde!  I've tried messing about with security settings etc, but can't work out what the problem is.  Got a vague recollection of other people saying they've had similar problems - anyone know how to fix?  Cheers.

Whichever it came loaded with - presume IE7 (same as on this computer)

I just get the usual page can't be found whatsit.  I've tried it with internet protection disabled and still the same.

Click Start > Run > cmd > OK

In the black box type:

tracert www.blondepoker.com

sorry - I'm completely useless with these things.  Clicked start but there is no 'run' option.  Is it hidden away somewhere (I'm using vista)?

hmm interesting - just did a screen shot of the trace screen to post up here, but thought I'd have another go at accessing blonde whilst the laptop was on, and it seems to be working now.  Very strange, as last night I couldn't get on on there, but could on this computer  :dontask:
