If the board bring a ten, it puts you ahead. Any other card and you go behind even further. You need runner runner for any kind of draw. You've no possible flush draws. Your outs are pretty thin, basically. You're calling all in to hit one of the other cards in your hand and you could already easily be behind to two pairs in this situation. Fold all day long, surely. He has plenty of redraws against you (paired board, 4, A).
FOLD!!!! Preferably preflop :) EDIT: Depends on the value of the all in. If it's only a small portion of the pot then call, otherwise fold. Don't call a reraise with 6 9 t k off suit!!!
