You could roughly work it out if u were to turn up at 6 as there would be only 4 blind levels (assuming its 30 minutes lvls) by then and "most" people will still be in so the play should still be 9 handed. By 7 o clock the blinds will be high and there could be a few people gone so the rounds will be faster and eating more of your stack. IMO probably wouldn be worth it at 7.
