Its a proper 6 months, which will hopefully ( ;hide;) mean he'll be out in 2 or 3. (If he is still an employee of NUFC at that point) It'll be intersting to see how his court appearance for the Dabo thing goes in June. At least he has owned up, although probably to get a shorter sentence.

At least he has owned up, although probably to get a shorter sentence. The poker league I play in has, as one of it's players, a magistrate. We got on to many a subject on saturday night, one of them being donkey, chav, feckwit lowlifes..... The magistrate confirmed that if the donkey, chav, feckwit, lowlife pleads guilty then that individual is likely to receive a reduced sentence. This is for two reasons: a: It's to the donkey, chav, feckwit, lowlifes credit that he/she admitted their guilt, and b: The courts save money and time processing a guilty plead. Personally, I'd prefer to see these donkey, chav, feckwit, lowlifes introduced to prisons such as this one..... http://www.mcso.org/index.php?a=GetModule&mn=Sheriff_Bio Rant over, need to go lay down...... LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL at you seeming to think this is some huge revelation, you really needed a magistrate to confirm for you that a person is likely to get a lighter sentence for pleading guilty rather going to trial and being found guilty? that's a rudimentary convention of criminal law. I have no problem with civil rights, up to a point. But when a guilty individual receives a lesser penalty through pleading guilty, and a bit of remorseful acting, the justice system becomes laughable imo. Still, I'm sure the victims of these people have a warm feeling in their heart knowing that the civil rights of these criminals are being protected so vigorously. I'm sure the victims of these people have a warm feeling in their heart knowing that the civil rights of these criminals are being protected so vigorously We'll for the sakes of these victims to which you are referring i hope the above statement is true, for a person not to want human rights to be applied consistently thoughout mankind and to be deviated from for the sake of personal reprisal would make them petty, fickle, and abhorrently ignorant and it would be bad enough i imagine being a victim of crime without letting that crime affect you so significantly that you willingly reject the concept of civil liberties, lets hope there are some victims of crime out there with the intelligence to rise above such a malevolently blinkered point of view.
