country code is 353.  That part's right for sure.  I'll assume it's an Irish mobile number in which case you leave out the zero which would be the first number of the mobile.  00 353 87  or 00 353 86, get it?

yes thx verY MUch step daughter who was born with spina bifida rushed into hospital with foot infection because hopital said they had lost her notes. now they are worried infectkion has spread to her bones thx all for quick response .

Been to see sonia at hosp. Apparently she cant see a bone dr till tomorrow because of bank holiday. Kids amaze me no matter what pain or agony there in they always seem to be upbeat and positive.very very humbling. My wife also wanted to thx the blonde members who reacted so quickly earlier to our requst. THANK YOU ALL once again.

thank you ive got the other two kids here. Wife sounds so tired been there since saturday but wont let me swap with her. Sonia seems happy in herself shes got the nurses running after her. The swelling on her foot is as big as a golfball and all black. they are going to burst it today. Who was the specialist who come to see her ,no other than the dr we have never seen in 5 yrs according to records.the same dr whos receptionist said he was on holiday till july.
Think claire wanted to hit him  even though we now its not there faults and are very overworked. th for all the suppot steve

Claires just phoned theyve burst sonia infection hoping it was superficial. unfortunately the infection has gone quite deep and she is being took to theatre this afternoon. This is the time you wished it was you and not a six yr old angel

The amount of times I have had those exact thoughts can not be counted. Remember, these kids are stronger than us and have this amazing abillity to get through whatever is thrown at them. Thinking of you all very much this afternoon.

Surgery 4pm tomorrow now surgeon says he dont know how far the infection has gone into the foot but it dont look good. At least shes in the best place

God only knows not much faith in the hosp as when she had spina bifida as a baby they didnt spot it and if it wasnt for the queens med she would of died. Im sure claire is pushing it as we speak

Aparrently doing op last thing 2mor due to it being a dirty infection. Dr said he wont leave hospital till shes sorted lets hope not.

I know i call our hossy but i have seen so many times op's being schedualed for 2 pm, think that is post lunch , which everyone needs a break to work to 100%,  then done at very late evening ie 10.30 pm after all other op's ..parents get so very frustrated when emergencies arrive but they have to be sorted first. Think of it in a posative way, ie the doc thinks it is ok to leave it until then. Trust me, if he thinks it needs to be done this instant he would do it. xx

hi all sonia got her op done by a plastic surgeon as the other was busy. Good news is that infection seems superficial so they said thell keep her in 72 hrs then think of letting her home. tx again all

dr come round this mor. Said nurses will change dressing sat so she can see consultant mon. If all well they take her off her iv and shell be back about thurs

Blimey, it's gone from 72 hours - to a week?!  Ah well, at least they're giving her that extra bit of care.  Speedy recovery and hugs.  xx

sonia seems to be doing well. having trouble keeping her off her feet in case infection spreads. dr says normally ur in bed 4 2 days after this op.sonia was up in 4 hrs bless her.

Delighted to hear she's feeling better!!!  Just make sure she listens to the doctor's orders or she could end up stuck in there for another bit.

hi all .theyve checked sonias foot this morning and they say it is healing well. coming off her ivs today and they said she can hopefully come home 2mor :) :)

sonias recovering well. bit miffed with the specialist though.one says her toe is bent because one of her tendons not working on one side and the other said no its definately the bone thats not straight and will need other operations.very much appriciate there skill and what they do but wife and i just keep wandering why we are being told diffarant things.so long as sonia is well not really bothered .showed sonia all the post when she got home and she sends a big THANK YOU to u all.
