but no, I havent been in the nick. Anyway, just wanted to say a thanks to everyone for their best wishes , all of which Im sure have contributed to me making what the docs say is a full recovery. My heart is now ticking along quite nicely, and its amazing how different I feel. I am surprised how I got thru the last year having so little energy and "get up an go".
