Hellooooooo I am RedFish :)

Title: Re: pokerlisting player stats
Post by: timberman on June 17, 2008, 03:11:22 PM
yeah red fish here as well its the place to be :D

the advice for me was

Strengths
xxxxxx plays aggressively before the flop, usually raising good hands. xxxx also plays tight after the flop, limiting losses. The aggressive pre-flop play makes xxx better than a Green Fish.

Weaknesses
xxxxxx is too passive post-flop. By rarely betting good hands for value, xxxxx gives other players a chance to draw out and then pays them off when they do.
Advice

xxxxx should play more aggressively after the flop, betting or raising instead of calling. xxxx should also fold more weak hands and bluff occasionally.

Evilpie on pokerstars is a shark. He's tight aggressive/ aggressive. His tight aggressive playing style earns great profits at the poker table.

Evilpie2 on blonde is a mouse!! He's tight passive / passive. He's afraid to risk any chips and needs to come out and play.

Well they're both me so I really don't know what to say. I guess I must vary my game quite a lot.

Either that or it's all bollox!!!!

daveshoelace is a Shark (Tight-Aggressive/Aggressive). daveshoelace's tight-aggressive playing style earns great profits at the poker table.
Strengths
It's hard to tell when DaveShoelace is bluffing because DaveShoelace is always aggressive. But when the money goes in the middle, you can bet DaveShoelace has the best hand.
Weaknesses
DaveShoelace has very few weaknesses, but may benefit from switching gears more often. This will make it more difficult for opponents to get a read. DaveShoelace may also get bored from winning all the time.
Advice
DaveShoelace should invest in an elbow brace to prevent arthritis from dragging in all those pots.
Pre-Flop Tendency
SEMI LOOSE - The Poker Crusher software automatically color codes neutral players in BLACK for easy identification.

Pretty accurate Id say

theclaimeer is a Red Fish (Aggressive/Passive). Weak post-flop play makes theclaimeer a losing player.

Apparently I am a Red Fish (despite the fact that I am a compulsive c-beter) and to prove it they show a hand where I have Q high on the BB and check it down to the river.

Im a red fish.

Database must be a load of rubbish though, the statistics for me are based on partypoker which is apparently the room i've played in most, played about six tournaments on party as opposed to about a thousand on full tilt.  Doesn't seem to want to let me get the statistics for the other sites.

v.v.accurate

sovietsong is a Bomb (Aggressive/Aggressive). Most top poker professionals are bombs, and their aggressive play makes the table fear them.

Post by: Dewi_cool on June 17, 2008, 09:16:48 PM
Strengths
Dewi_Cool is not quite as bad as a Calling Station.
Weaknesses
Dewi_Cool doesn’t bet good hands for value, allowing other players to draw out cheaply. And when they do, Dewi_Cool pays them off.
Advice
Dewi_Cool should really stop calling so much and be more aggressive. With a good hand, Dewi_Cool should bet. Dewi_Cool should also stop playing so many weak hands; it's costing him/her a ton of money

Newportlad is a Mouse (Tight-Passive/Passive). Newportlad is afraid to risk any chips. Stop cowering in the corner! Come out and play.

Newportlad needs to stop playing so timidly. With a strong hand, Newportlad should bet or raise. Newportlad also needs to stop getting pushed out of so many pots and defend blinds more.

Yep, that's me in a nutshell

I'm pretty sure if you play six max anything like normally you are a bomb - I'm a bomb on fulltilt but a redfish on stars (presumably based on about 2 months 8 tabling full ring about a 18 months ago where i was tag preflop and weak tight post).
