Been without Sky and Internet for about a week. We got Sky last night and i asked the lad that is sorting it when the interenet will be in he said "Who needs the internet when you've got Sky?" I said i'd much prefer the internet. Both housemates disagreed. So if you could only have 1 in your life which would you choose... SKY or INTERNET? Sky is ok, however most of the shows are repeats. I do like the sport channels and news shows, but in all honesty I could live without SKY.
However sometimes you do find great shows on Sky that aren't available on boxset or online. Recently I watched a TV show that I have wanted to watch for ages called 'Journeys from the Centre of the Earth' by one of my favorite TV personalities Dr Ian Stewart. I'd never put myself in the position of having to make that choice, but I think I'd go for sky if I did. Far healthier choice imo. I don't play much poker which probably has an influence.
