for the record: 250g of mince 1/2 pack of spicy mix 6 shells (done in oven) lettuce and tomato chopped up (with scissors much easier and no chopping of any pinkies) salsa bottle of Evian (well normal tap water in an Evian bottle kept in fridge) oh and why grated cheese???
