I am highly over agressive and I would bet about 700 here, pray that either the flush or one of our overcards hit.

If raised I wwould probably call given the outs and that i am a donk.

I pansy checked the turn as I felt he may have had strength- he took quite a while to call the flop- so I think he was wondering what his play was- then when I checked he shoved- is it a call after he shoves?? I think i've been super weak here and hate the way I've played the hand but just wondering whether a call is correct- even with my 2 overs and flush draw I dont think i'm getting the odds to call am I??

well its down to you if you call tbh, you can get away here cheap, with 3/4 of your stack and rebuild, the shove is probably to prevent you from hitting the flush tbh, he probably has A 9 given its the first hand and these tourneys are filled with donks, do thats 3 outs you can discount.

best chance is 12 outs in the deck for you and thats only if no one has passed any clubs and queens.

Better spots to get all your money in, and you have a playable stack from the first level, But if you want a gamble have a bash.

FFS yeah well I folded like a wuss and waited to get a better spot- managed to get back up to my starting stack of 2k when this happened

I know my shove might seem so extreme this early in a tourney but you always get donks calling off their stack with Ax at this stage

you got the call you wanted, you had him dead to a runner runner, look at the positive, you played it well and you made the right decision, dont get annoyed with the donk, you want that call.

I know I know- just running pretty bad so need to stop steaming- managed to get back up to 720-need a few double ups to get back in it

I would've bet out again on the turn. Checking is far too weak. You've bluffed this far you have to carry it on. If you check he insta shoves and you can't call.

Obviously some of your outs have already been passed, thats why we call the rest of the deck 47 unknown cards, rather than just the cards the dealer has left in his hand....

deffo double barrel this op, get bet sizing right, has to take it down now. bunch of his range cant call as ur effectively repping big pp.

yeah I realise I think I made a mistake here and I think i shoot on turn 80% of the time- something just never felt right at the time but I gave him the chance to steal if he did have a marginal or lower FD by checking- much you reckon Alex I should be betting at each stage??
