The database has been up and running for a year now, and I'd just like to thank everyone who has contributed, whether that be through submitting a bio, offering info via pm, or even correcting a mistake, a big thumbs up for your contribution. However, contributions are still required, so if you would like to assist in any way, please let me know, or simply click the 'contribution' option on the blondepedia menu.

As always, there are always gaps with any database, so there are a number of things you may be able to help with. One is Mateyboys. If you click the following name... Matey Boy... (and Matey Girl), you will see a host of pictures of unidentified players. If you are able to name any of them, please let me know.

Similarly, if you know a nickname/moniker, or can identify a nationality (entries can be ordered by those with 'unknown' nationalities'), then, again, give me a bell so I can make the necessary change.

Meanwhile, to celebrate the fact that it has been live for twelve months, I will be publishing two randomly (well, sort of) selected bios on the main site. The first two can be found here...

Thanks again, and if you have any further suggesitons on how to improve the database (I have already complied an extensive list that I would love to complete one day), then feel free to air them. I'm sure there are many ways in which it can be improved.

I noticed a bit of an oddity with my entry the other day.  My name was originally mis-spelled on there, but has now been corrected to Claire MacGregor.  You still need to type Claire McGregor though to get the link....

I was sat next to this lady at an event last year and table seating plan says she is Shirley Lacey, not 100% sure though, perhaps if you can find the player list for the Waterford game the pic was taken it might confirm it.
