I'll do a diary, Just of my trip to London for the Equal Chance tournament.I find some of the diary's on here an extremely interesting read especially tighty's mostly as i've read it from the start whereas i gave up trying to read all of Tikays World Famous Diary after reading the 1st 30 pages or so as there was still about 200 to go and although it was very interesting i'm just to lazy so gave up and just read it from the point it's at now.I would suggest now that my writing is truly terrible and lacks any type of punctuation or grammer as i'm sure most have noticed so you may wish to stop reading now, no probs,mugs ;).I would say diary's have no become a fundamental part of Blonde and hopefully those that write them don't lose interest anytime soon(I don't think tikay will be allowed to stop LOL)

Anyway,I woke up this morning and 1st thing i did was put the net on my homepage is sky and there was a headline of breaking news "20 year old man stabbed to death in east end of London" this seems to be happening everyday now and it truly is shocking the way this country seems to be spiraling out of control yet nothing is being done about it.I don't watch the news as i find it truly depressing and normally wouldn't read such a story as this for the same reason however,for some reason i did and it sent a bit of a shiver down me i must admit when i realised it had happened where i am travelling to in Leyton my 1st thought was Shit!.No offence ment here but i'm really not a fan of London at all the place is in turmoil imo and something needs to be done about all these young gangs going around running the streets (obviously this is going on all over the country but it just seems so much worse there).i guarentee a bloody ASBO ain't going to do it the govt. seriously need to get a grip.It will be my intention while i'm there to go everywhere by taxi and i won't be walking nowhere,i'm not the type who worries that something bad is going to happen to them as i truly believe what is ment to be will be, i'm not a very religous person however i do believe in fate but not destiny you make your own destiny but if i'm ment to get hit by a bus tommorow then nobody or nothing can stop that it will happen.

Anyway apologies for depressing anyone who's still with me (very unlikely i know) back to the point of the diary and trip i'm really excited about playing this tonight and again want to thank blonde for this oppurtunity its by far the biggest Live tourney i've played and i intend to fully enjoy the experience.I've only really played one other tourney with this kind of deep stack structure and i know my game really suits this type of tournament.They other game was indeed the APAT event at newcastle season 1 and i probably couldn't have picked a better tournament to start with and had a great tourney coming 5th and leaving with a bad beat story as you do.I remember as i've previously posted looking away from the table as the flop was dealt (i still don't no why i done this as it's something i've never done before or since) at tightys notepad (i wasn't even aware of blondes existance at this point) and as the cards came down heard everyone ohhing and arrghhing and then tighty just said unlucky and that was that won £750 and went to the pub in a right strop which nobody else could understand which peed me right off.It's the only bad beat ive taken that i just can't seem to forget about and probalbly won't until i qualify for the wsop me (got to admire my optimism lol).I think i have a fair chance of doing well this weekend,obviously otherwise i wouldn't travel the length of the country to do so and hopefully all going well i'll make some dash for me and a couple of blondes that have 10% in me (feedthegoat had no faith in me and let me buy the 10% back, wise choice that man lol)

As i was travelling down to London i decided to buy a train ticket for tomorow (already have digs and train booked til sunday)as it's my dads birthday and i knew when i was with him last night he was disappointed a wouldn't be coming to his party at his tmoro night so decided it would be a nice suprise for him if i made it back up.I've booked train for 5 tmoro so guess it would be nearly final table time at least by then so i'll either be in the money or an early journey home to party at me dads.However, as i'm the biggest idiot in the world FACT i booked tickets with my brothers card and put to collect by fasticket as soon as i pressed to purchase tickets it clicked(in my head),f**K i don't have his card to get the tickets i really am such a stupid tw*t like rang virgin nowt the can do so brothers had to go to post office and send me his bank card special delivery to recieve tmoro (trying to change the machine first so he could just send me the tickets but don't think this will be possible) and get them that way.So it's been quite an eventful train ride with that and also playing auckland where my kj was no gud against k8 flop of k108 nice

I'll try if i can to update this on breaks in equal chance(not sure if thats possible) if not will update those interested either at 4am/or busto

Arrived at Kings cross at 4ish I asked taxi driver how much it would be from Kings Cross he said £30 (i had no idea how far away it was) so i just jumped on the tube.He said it would've been quicker to do that.Passed the emirates as you do on the way into Kings Cross hopefully will be doing so again in a few weeks time for the home trip I've done a few of the London clubs my best being spurs two seasons ago when we beat them(we beat them last season to but didn't make that 1 quite obvious we would turn them over seen as we're the bigger club and alll).Also had a lot of fun down at Charlton but that had nowt to do with the boring draw that i watched  ;).

I heard about the 4 in last 24hrs and tbh although I'm not usually 1 to get anxious i must admit i was a bit worried walking along the road when there was a group of hodded lads in front of me(desperately trying not to stereotype people but you know what i mean) so walked into the bookies for 5 minutes (no bets had am not that degen) couldn't find taxi rank for ages.In hotel now going to go along in an hour or so and have some bait before playing..

On a normal weekend i would say i consume quite a lot of alcohol and would class myself as a bit of a drinker but i don't drink when i play as i don't play good am even worse than normal when I'm under the influence.So I'll be staying t-total tonight (very boring i know) so i can give the tourney my best shot.Hopefully will have a skin full tmoro once I've took it down.

Very best of luck. Don't worry about all the violence statistically its unlikely that you will get stabbed its like a set vs a flush draw or summit.

In the place now looks good on 1st impressions massive blonde poker banners in the corners, nice 1.Got a taxi from hotel was £4 give him what i thought was a fiver and told him to keep the change was a tenner oh well nice tip for him.Sitting eating some tasty chilli con carne as i type.OK. Made it to the 2nd day with 42k with 26 left average is 54 and will go back with 20bb so still bit of play left for me yet.Still in ec at the moment wanting to see the chip counts then am off to kip been a long day.Never had a pair above 10s all night its been one hell of a grind(obviously no big pairs is a good thing) can't believe i had aq 3x and won the hand each time wtf is going on LOL.Oh well see what happens tommorow i guess i'll probably busto and then miss my train lol.

Finally went to sleep about 5ish and woke up at 9 30,guess it must be the excitement lol.Played 1 $5 tourney bustod quite quickly with ak v 1010 and deicded not to play anymore online to keep a clear head for later on.Couldn't be bothered to go down to get any breakfast so just grab a bite later on.I love sometimes when i wake up early on a sat and just put some music on lie in bed, shut me eyes and just relaxe.

I'm currently lying 16/25 left with a few ppl above me around the stack size so looking forward to how it pans outs, what will be will be i guess,just hoping i'm not on later posting a bad beat story lol.

Been very impressed with the set up and all the people involved in running this the only thing i would say is the chip colors are a bit dodgy imo light blue/dark blue chips pink/purple chips easy(and some did not me of course) to get them mixed up.I wish there was a comp as good as this up my way i'd play it everytime.It's very different to playing an apat tournament though as i've read previously about playing on the circuit but doesn't really bother me tbh(helps that i've never been invloved like.

As i mentioned yesterday me brother sent me todays train ticket down but forgot to put my name on it so it's just addressed to the hotel lol(he ain't much brighter than me) so will see how that pans out, delivery is due by 1 so will wait till then and then go back along to ec hopefully getting a bacon sarnie or summit before play starts again at 2.

On 64k after 1st 2 levels thanks to a terrible play by shorty he limped with jj i call on sb with a3 flopped a str8 sweet.16 left.Will be so sick when i bubble then miss my train as well.C wot happens.

Well am quite happy with how I played the tourney and it wasn’t a bad result. However one hand I played and am still really annoyed with myself with was as follows, All fold to the button I’m on BB and he has raised quite a few times with marginal hands again he raise 3x bb (1,2000) I have A8 and decide to flat it, I’m happy with this play to see what comes on flop. Flop comes down Qh10h4c I check he checks the turn is a 2c I bet 7,000 he raises 14,000 more I spend a bit of time working it out I don’t think he has the q or the 10 due to the 2hearts on board and I know if I go over the top it would’ve been about 50k he had 60 behind so he isn’t calling if he’s flushing. I came so close to shoving them in coz a knew exactly where I was but then just as I went for my chips I folded and lost 20k chips. He showed K7 and I spent the next 10 minutes completely pissed off with myself for not making the move that I knew was right.

Oh well still a decent result, mosk and cdw I’ll sort the 10%s (I got £424) out in a couple days when I get a chance if that’s ok and feedthegoat is probably very relieved I did busto when he let me buy the 10% back for £20, good man and thanks for that although I was fine either way.

Again thanks for the support guys/gals much appreciated I missed my train (I wouldn’t have got on it anyway would’ve had to get bus to Peterborough due to works on the line, no chance) but have getting on the 6.20 so am on my way home now am too tired to play the 60+30 again tonight although was tempted so will hopefully be at me dads by half 10 ish all going well. My next live game may well possibly be the bash so see you all there thanks to Celtic Nick & Paul for their support and help much appreciated.
