I had Euros to sell as well, but a whole lot less than you. I'll never get rid of them when you offer that rate, ah welll I'll think I'll save them 'til the Aviation Club sees me again. :D

I didn't see the last post before i went to the casino , when i got there i changed £ for Joe and Carlo then met Woody who i don't know and he said i have £5000 to change but it's at the cage , i thought he meant on deposit , so i went with him and on the way he was telling me how he won in Barcelona then got stopped by customs and had €50,000 and £10,000 confiscated and is being told he has to pay a 50% fine to get it back and a lawyer to represent him , at the cage he gave a slip to the cashier and i got the €7300 ready . When the cashier came back it transpired he had actually changed up the £5000 at a rate of 1.33 ( outside you can get 1.41 ) and he paid 2.75% commission , so in fact to buy his £ back was €6468 , now normally if someone has left money behind they cant afford to get back the normal procedure is someone buys it back and you split the difference , in this case a whopping €832 but by the time i realised what he was actually doing and after hearing his story i let him keep the whole €832 . I still have several 1000 € , if any blondites are in the same predicament i am willing to buy your £ back and split the difference as is the norm , at least you'll get something for nothing , send me a PM if you want to do this .
