Title: GPS Tracking - This ain't right!
Post by: GlasgowBandit on July 15, 2008, 06:02:08 PM
These fcukers are offering a GPS tracking service that can pinpoint a mobile phone's exact location.  This is just too far, this is breaching on our civil liberties, there must be away to stop this.

Try it on your own mobile phone number and see for yourself...

Track your partner/husband/wife ... Where is he or she right now? I can't believe this works!!! Good old Google Earth just got better. Type in the mobile phone number and you get the location of that person! Give it a try. It's incredible!! Go to www.track-your-partner.com

Doing a systems review at work currently and was very shocked to find out that they pay a subscription to one of these services.

Always turn your mobile off when leaving work for a skive.
Shocked - big brother is watching.

50p per search with only 10 searches a month prices gotta come down

10p per search will rake in a lot more £££ imo

someone posted something about this the other day - it's bang out of order.  Does anyone know how precise it is when giving out location.  There are certain people that have my mobile number who I really don't want to have tracking me down to my home.

3. Can someone else trace my mobile phone without my permission?
No! Our mobile phone tracking requires you to agree to this before tracking can be activated on your mobile phone.

Handy if you've forgotten where you left it.

I think part of the deal is that the mobile in question has to accept the service.
Very good for kids who don't want to be hassled by calls from parents
Love the OP, very funny
