WGS is supposed to be experimenting with formations for Europe this afternoon - not lloking like it'll be a flowing game. Most excitement for the Celtic fans will probably be abusing Hutton. Moaning at his own mistake? Men against boys. I don't think Celtic have had a shot. What do you expect though when the Spurs sub bench is worth more than the oppositions entire club... ;whistle; Title: Re: Tottenham Hotspur VS Celtic (Jubileum Tourney) Post by: scotty2hatty on August 01, 2008, 07:10:55 PM Title: Re: Tottenham Hotspur VS Celtic (Jubileum Tourney) Post by: Chipleader on August 01, 2008, 07:11:29 PM mostly wen he dooesnt get a ball from a team mate in the exact spot he wants it or when he makes a pass that doesnt reach target

We gave the ball away too easily, we had no creativity, any time McGeady got by the full back there was another player doubling up and he had no space to put any balls into the box when he did get them in we had nobody in there trying to win it.
Mark Wilson is not a left back I wish WGS would stop trying to play him there, we all know we need a full back so Lawell better get his finger out and get something sorted. If needs must I would play Hinkel at LB and bring in young Caddis at RB. Mark Wilson IMO is not Celtic class. He looked a half decent player with Dundee United, but like many players in Scotland when they move to Celtic/Rangers they flatter to deceive. Spurs looked good though, and thoroughly enjoyed watching there passing game, if they can get some consistency in team selection and Ramos can sort out his defence then there is no reason in my mind why they can't get into the top 4 this year. I wouldn't worry. Rangers were worse against Liverpool today. Scotlands Shame FC are always terrible, I'd love to see them get pumped by Kaunas midweek would lol so hard if QoS lasted longer in Europe that SSFC!!
