Title: Re: Long time no post... Post by: ACE2M on August 03, 2008, 12:46:54 AM fold very easily
Title: Re: Long time no post... Post by: Rupert on August 03, 2008, 01:54:40 AM Fold in a vacuum, you've told us nothing about table dynamic though
Title: Re: Long time no post... Post by: Gamblor21 on August 03, 2008, 02:01:34 AM Recently moved to table, i've raised a couple of times in a round and a half no callers.
Gboro hasn't done anything out of line. about 30ish left and were in the money. Title: Re: Long time no post... Post by: AlexMartin on August 03, 2008, 02:17:49 AM looks like a fold unless gboro is a batfuck.
Title: Re: Long time no post... Post by: Royal Flush on August 03, 2008, 02:29:00 AM It's probs 2 smaller pairs than KK or AQ and a smaller pair, i probs call here but folding is ok
Let me guess they both had pairs you folded but would have won? Title: Re: Long time no post... Big_Fish83: folds Uncalled bet (29941) returned to gboro780 *** FLOP *** [Jh 7h Qs] *** TURN *** [Jh 7h Qs] [Ad] *** RIVER *** [Jh 7h Qs Ad] [6d] Big_Fish83 said, "defo in london, you get the tourists aswell" *** SHOW DOWN *** RUIB: shows [8h 8s] (a pair of Eights) gboro780: shows [td Th] (a pair of Tens) gboro780 collected 120064 from pot Big_Fish83 said, "ak ffs!" *** SUMMARY *** Total pot 120064 | Rake 0 Board [Jh 7h Qs Ad 6d] Seat 1: RUIB showed [8h 8s] and lost with a pair of Eights Seat 2: gboro780 showed [td Th] and won (120064) with a pair of Tens Seat 3: Charbarj41 (button) folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 4: badr (small blind) folded before Flop Seat 5: madrox187 (big blind) folded before Flop Seat 6: ryanghall folded before Flop (didn't bet) Seat 8: Big_Fish83 folded before Flop Seat 9: !FRENCHFISH1 folded before Flop (didn't bet) Flushy is right, if i know thats what i'm up against i call. I just couldn't put gboro on 1010. So passed for better spot, think i rushed decision though. If i call i have average for final with 30 left and thinking it through maybe gboro's range is bigger than i first expected. I proceed to dwindle my chips and go out with K3 moving allin from SB vs AA in BB... I have perfect timing (this is the better spot i'm looking for). Been doing this alot recently, passing hands late in comp and waiting for better opportunity and i certainly need to work on my game late in tourneys at the mo, got to remember i'll eventually have to race. In hindsight (even if he does turnover KK or AA) with the top heavy payout structure i think a call for a shot at the big prizes would've been better. Title: Re: Long time no post...
