Fold seems sensible, it gives you more chips to double through.

Once you check the flop you should deffo check the turn and try to get to the river very cheap. What are you trying to achieve with the turn bet ? Is it a bluff ? What Q or J holding are you going to fold out? are you betting to extract value from worse hands like lower pairs or straight draws?
